How do I know what size I am?

We work with wide, versatile sizes, designed for different body types and stages. You'll find a size guide on each product page, but if you have any questions, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Shipping, Exchanges & Returns

How do shipments work?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that our dispatch team has received your order. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Shipping costs are non-refundable in case of returns.

How long does shipping take?

Deliveries within Santiago are made on the same day they are dispatched.

For regions, we work with Blue Express, and delivery times vary by city. If you need to arrange a shipment to a branch office or with another service, email us at ignacia@baptissia.com and we'll be happy to help you.

Can I pick up my purchase in person?

Yes, you can pick up your order free of charge at our Main Office in Providencia. At the time of purchase, select this option and we will confirm by email when it is ready.

Care and others

How do I care for my block-printed garment?

We recommend washing separately, by hand or on a gentle cycle in the washing machine, with cold water and mild soap, drying in the shade, and not using a dryer.

These pieces were hand-stamped, so it's important to treat them with care so they last longer.
